Editing one listing takes eleven clicks.

Find the one that needs work.

Your whole catalogue in one grid, with a tag meter on every row. Search as you type, or narrow to the listings missing tags or a video. No page loads.

Fix it without leaving.

Open a listing and every field Stallsy can write is there: title, description, all thirteen tags, materials, category, section, shipping profile, personalisation. Tag limits are checked as you type, before a single call is spent.

Change your mind.

Stallsy stores the previous value of every field it writes. One button puts it back — and every change stays in a log with who made it and when.

Change log  ·  every edit reversible

It finds it. You fix it.

Stallsy scores every listing against Etsy’s own published guidance, names the exact gap, and opens the editor on it. Nothing is written to your shop unless you press Save.

One editor, every field

Title, description, thirteen tags, materials, category, shop section, shipping profile, personalisation, auto‑renew. Seven tabs, one Save, one call to Etsy.

Whenever you need it

Undo

The previous value of every field is stored before anything is written. One button puts a listing back the way it was.

Any change, any time

Listing health

A score out of 100 on title structure, all thirteen tag slots, tag‑to‑title overlap, photos and video, the first 160 characters of the description, and shipping setup. Worst first — that is your work queue.

Every night

Trademark warning

Flags brand terms that get listings removed. It does not lower the score, because a listing can be excellent and still be taken down. It is a warning, not legal advice.

Every night

Limits checked before you save

Thirteen tags, twenty characters each, no duplicates, one hundred and forty characters of title. Stallsy marks what will not fit while you type, instead of spending a call to be told no.

As you type

Real profit

Net profit per listing from your actual Etsy payment ledger — every fee as it was charged, not an estimate — against the material and labour costs you enter.

Every night

Honest reporting

Etsy quietly ignores some fields when a setting they depend on is off. Stallsy compares what it sent against what Etsy stored and tells you which fields did not land, rather than calling it a success.

On every save

A log you can read

Who changed what, when, and what the value was before. Your own record — not ours.

What it does not do.

A tool that writes to your shop should be clear about where it stops. These are limits, not roadmap promises.

It cannot delete a listing

Stallsy never asked Etsy for the delete permission. Not a setting you can turn on — the access simply is not there.

Price, stock and variations stay on Etsy

Etsy handles those through a separate inventory endpoint that replaces a listing’s entire product list in one call. Getting it wrong deletes variations, so Stallsy does not touch it yet. The fields are shown, read‑only, with the reason next to them.

Photos and video are not uploaded here

Stallsy reads them and counts them for the health score. Uploading needs a different endpoint and is not built yet.

No competitor data

Stallsy works on your own shop: your listings, your orders, your payment ledger. It does not collect or show other sellers’ data.

Nothing about your buyers is stored

Orders are read to work out revenue and fees. Buyer names, email addresses and shipping addresses are never written to our database — they are not needed for profit, and data that is never stored cannot leak.

No promises about ranking or sales

Nobody outside Etsy knows how its search ranks listings. Stallsy scores your listings against the guidance Etsy itself publishes, and says so plainly. That is a checklist, not a guarantee.

Built by a seller who needed it first.

Not a marketing team’s idea of what sellers want. Every screen here is one used to run a Star Seller shop every day — including the day two listings were removed over a brand name and 31 orders went with them. That is why the trademark warning exists.

Free right now.

Stallsy is in beta and no payment system is connected — there is nothing to buy and nothing to cancel. When paid plans arrive, they will be announced here first. Stallsy will never charge you for something Etsy already gives you for free.

The shop you connect stays yours — disconnect whenever you like and your data is deleted.

See what your listings are missing.

Connect a shop and read the first health report. Nothing is written to Etsy until you press Save.
